- Must be a current George Mason student.
- Purchase or upgrade any meal plan between August 1, 2025 and September 15, 2025.
- Live off campus or one of following residence halls: Liberty Square, Northern Neck, Potomac Heights, Rogers Hall, and the Townhouses.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Offers are exclusive to off-campus students and residents of Liberty Square, Northern Neck, Potomac Heights, Rogers Hall, and the Townhouses.
- Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from August 1, 2025, to September 15, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET. Purchases must be made, and a reward claim form must be submitted within this timeframe to qualify for rewards.
- Reward Redemption: Rewards are distributed based on the meal plan purchased:
- Plan levels and corresponding rewards are outlined in promotional materials.
- Free Original Chick-fil-A® Sandwiches, Chick-fil-A Medium Lemonades, or 6-Count Chick-fil-A Nuggets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Chick-fil-A Reward Usage: Valid only for the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich, Medium Lemonades, and 6-Count Chicken Nuggets at the George Mason University Dining Chick-fil-A (SUB I). Must be redeemed in person from September 22, 2025 to December 8, 2025, while supplies last.
- Plan Upgrade Policy: Students from the eligible pool who upgrade their meal plans during the promotional period will qualify for the corresponding reward tier.
- Exclusions:
- Students already required to purchase a meal plan are not eligible for this promotion.
- Meal plans purchased outside the promotion period do not qualify for rewards.
- How to Receive Your Rewards: Redemption instructions will be sent from [email protected] after September 22, 2025.
- Changes and Cancellations: Chartwells reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
